A. Camera Permission

Camera images are used to recognize the surrounding space and display the AR measurement screen.

Camera images are not transmitted to or stored on a separate server operated by us.

If camera permission is not granted, the AR measurement function cannot be used.

B. Internet Connection

The App may use an internet connection for the following purposes:

Measurement images saved on the device must be deleted directly by the user through the device’s photo application or file management features.

Information voluntarily provided through an inquiry may be retained for the period necessary to respond to the inquiry and handle related disputes.

The information will be deleted according to applicable law when the purpose of retention has been fulfilled.

Information processed by third-party services such as Google AdMob and Google UMP is retained and deleted according to the policies and user controls of those service providers.

広告に関するプライバシー選択および同意の状態は、Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）が端末内の保存領域を利用して管理する場合があります。

本アプリをアンインストールした場合、または端末の設定から本アプリのデータを削除した場合、これらの設定情報が削除される場合があります。

本アプリは、無料でサービスを提供するためにGoogle AdMobを使用します。

適用される法令、ユーザーの同意状況、端末設定および広告設定に応じて、GoogleおよびGoogleの広告パートナーは、次の情報を自動的に処理する場合があります。

- IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその位置情報

- 広告識別子

広告に関連する情報は、Google Mobile Ads SDKおよび関連する広告サービス提供者が、それぞれのポリシーに従って処理する場合があります。

Google Mobile Ads SDKが送信するデータは、Googleの案内に従って送信中に暗号化されます。

6. 広告に関するプライバシー選択および同意

本アプリは、地域ごとのプライバシー法およびGoogleの広告要件に対応するため、Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）を使用します。

ユーザーの地域および適用される法令に応じて、広告に関するプライバシーまたは同意メッセージが表示される場合があります。

ユーザーの地域または同意状態においてプライバシーオプションへの入口が必要でない場合、広告プライバシーオプションが表示されないことがあります。

本アプリは、UMPによって広告リクエストが許可されたことを確認した場合にのみ広告をリクエストします。

ユーザーの選択および適用される法令に応じて、パーソナライズ広告、非パーソナライズ広告、制限付き広告または技術的な広告配信が適用される場合があります。

本アプリまたは本アプリに含まれる第三者サービスは、次の目的で情報を処理する場合があります。

- AR測定機能の提供

- 測定画像の保存

- ユーザー設定の維持

- 広告の表示および広告効果の測定

- アプリのエラー診断およびサービスの安定性維持

8. 情報の保存および削除

当社は、本アプリの測定データ、カメラ映像または保存された測定画像を、当社が運営する専用サーバーに保存しません。

本アプリの設定情報はユーザーの端末に保存され、次の方法で削除できます。

- 端末設定から本アプリのデータを削除する

- 本アプリをアンインストールする

端末に保存された測定画像は、ユーザーが写真アプリまたはファイル管理機能から直接削除する必要があります。

お問い合わせの際にユーザーが自ら提供した情報は、お問い合わせへの対応および関連する紛争への対応に必要な期間、保存される場合があります。

保存目的が終了した後、適用される法令に従って削除します。

Google AdMobおよびGoogle UMPなどの第三者サービスが処理する情報の保存期間および削除方法は、各サービス提供者のポリシーおよびユーザー設定に従います。

9. 第三者による処理および国外での処理

当社は、ユーザーの個人情報を販売しません。

Google AdMobおよびGoogle UMPなど本アプリに含まれる第三者サービスが、広告配信、プライバシー選択の管理、セキュリティ、診断および効果測定のために情報を処理する場合があります。

この過程で、ユーザーの居住国以外にあるサーバーで情報が処理される場合があります。

各サービス提供者は、適用されるプライバシー法および各自のプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を処理します。

10. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは一般ユーザーを対象としており、当社は子どもの個人情報を意図的に直接収集しません。

保護者および法定代理人は、子どもがお問い合わせ機能や外部ウェブページを通じて個人情報を提供しないよう管理してください。

子どもの個人情報が不適切に提供されたことを確認した場合、当社は適用される法令に従って必要な措置を講じる場合があります。

11. プライバシー保護のための措置

当社は、不要な個人情報を収集しないことを基本方針とし、次の措置を適用します。

- ユーザー登録およびアカウント機能を使用しない

- カメラ映像および測定値を端末内で処理する

- 測定データを保存する専用サーバーを運営しない

- 本アプリの機能に必要な権限のみを要求する

- ユーザーが保存操作を実行した場合にのみ画像を保存する

- 適用される場合、広告に関するプライバシー選択を提供する

- 広告リクエストが許可されているか確認した後に広告をリクエストする

- 第三者SDKおよびGoogle Playポリシーを確認する

ただし、インターネットを通じた送信または電子的な保存方法において、すべてのリスクを完全に排除したり、絶対的な安全性を保証したりすることはできません。

12. ユーザーの権利および選択

ユーザーは、次の方法で情報および権限を管理できます。

- 端末設定でカメラ権限を許可または取り消す

- 本アプリの設定で言語および測定単位を変更する

- 広告プライバシーオプションが提供される場合、広告に関する選択を確認または変更する

- Android端末の設定で広告に関する設定を管理する

- 本アプリのデータを削除する

- 保存した測定画像を直接削除する

- 本アプリをアンインストールする

- プライバシーに関する事項について当社に問い合わせる

カメラ権限を取り消した場合、AR測定機能を使用できません。

本アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内に保存された本アプリの設定情報が削除される場合があります。

13. 外部ウェブページおよびお問い合わせ

本アプリのお問い合わせ機能を使用すると、当社が運営する外部ウェブページが端末のブラウザで開く場合があります。

お問い合わせページでユーザーが自ら入力した情報は、お問い合わせの受付および回答を目的として処理されます。

14. 測定結果に関する免責事項

FIX AR Rulerが提供するAR測定結果は、端末性能、カメラ品質、照明、表面素材、測定距離、ユーザーの操作方法およびAR追跡状態などにより、実際の測定値と異なる場合があります。

本アプリの測定値は概算値であり、参考目的でのみ提供されます。

精密測定、専門的な測定または安全性に関わる測定を目的としたものではありません。

建築、工事、医療、法律、安全またはその他の高い正確性が必要な用途では、適切な実測工具または専門機器を使用してください。

15. 本プライバシーポリシーの変更

当社は、適用される法令、Google Playポリシー、本アプリの機能または使用する第三者SDKが変更された場合、本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。

変更した場合、変更後の内容および施行日または最終更新日を本ページに掲載します。

重要な変更がある場合、本アプリのアップデート、アプリ内通知またはその他の適切な方法で通知する場合があります。
