주식회사 엘지에스(이하 “운영자”)는 FixSea 이용자의 개인정보와 이용자가 선택한 사진, 음성, 음악 및 영상 자료를 중요하게 생각합니다.
FixSea는 사진과 대본을 이용해 영상을 제작하는 앱으로, 회원가입이나 로그인 없이 이용할 수 있습니다.
본 개인정보처리방침은 FixSea가 어떤 정보와 파일에 접근하며, 해당 정보가 어떤 목적으로 처리되는지를 안내하기 위해 작성되었습니다.
1. FixSea의 데이터 처리 원칙
FixSea는 이용자가 선택한 사진, 입력한 대본과 자막, 음성 파일, 음악 파일 및 생성된 영상을 운영자의 자체 서버로 전송하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
영상 제작에 필요한 자료는 원칙적으로 이용자의 기기 내부에서 처리됩니다.
운영자는 FixSea 이용을 위한 별도의 회원 계정, 로그인 시스템 또는 클라우드 저장 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
다만 Google AdMob, 이용자의 기기에 설치된 TTS 엔진, 외부 공유 앱 등 제3자 서비스가 제공하는 기능을 이용하는 경우에는 해당 서비스 제공자의 정책에 따라 일부 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다.
2. FixSea에서 처리되는 자료
2-1. 사진
이용자가 사진 선택 기능을 사용하는 경우 FixSea는 이용자가 직접 선택한 사진에 접근합니다.
선택한 사진은 다음 기능을 제공하기 위해 사용됩니다.
- 사진 순서 변경
- 사진별 표시 시간 설정
- 화면 채우기 또는 전체 보기 설정
- 자막이 포함된 영상 화면 구성
- 영상 미리보기
- 최종 영상 생성
FixSea는 이용자가 선택하지 않은 사진에 임의로 접근하지 않습니다.
선택된 사진은 원칙적으로 기기 내부에서만 처리되며 운영자의 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
2-2. 대본 및 자막
이용자가 직접 입력한 대본은 문장 단위로 분리되어 영상 자막과 TTS 음성 생성에 사용될 수 있습니다.
다음 정보가 기기 내부에서 처리되거나 자동저장될 수 있습니다.
- 입력한 대본
- 문장별 자막
- 자막 순서
- 자막 표시 시간
- 자막 색상 및 표시 설정
- 사진별 표시 시간
운영자는 이용자가 입력한 대본과 자막을 자체 서버로 수집하거나 분석하지 않습니다.
2-3. TTS 음성
FixSea는 이용자가 입력한 대본을 음성으로 변환하기 위해 휴대폰에 설치된 TTS 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.
사용 가능한 언어, 음성 종류, 발음 및 처리 방식은 이용자의 기기와 설치된 TTS 엔진에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
운영자는 TTS 생성을 위해 이용자의 대본을 운영자의 자체 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
다만 이용자가 Google TTS 등 외부 TTS 엔진을 선택하여 사용하는 경우에는 해당 TTS 서비스 제공자의 처리 방식, 이용약관 및 개인정보처리방침이 적용될 수 있습니다.
2-4. 외부 음성 파일
이용자는 기기에 저장된 MP3, WAV 등 지원되는 음성 파일을 직접 선택하여 영상에 사용할 수 있습니다.
선택된 음성 파일은 영상 길이 계산, 자막 시간 배치, 미리보기 및 영상 생성에 사용됩니다.
해당 파일은 기기 내부에서 처리되며 운영자의 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
2-5. 배경음악
이용자는 기기에 저장된 음악 파일을 직접 선택하여 영상의 배경음악으로 사용할 수 있습니다.
선택된 음악 파일은 다음 기능을 제공하기 위해 처리됩니다.
- 배경음악 삽입
- 음량 조절
- 반복 재생
- 페이드 인
- 페이드 아웃
- 영상 길이에 따른 음악 처리
운영자는 이용자가 선택한 음악 파일을 자체 서버로 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
이용자는 자신이 사용 권한을 보유한 음악만 사용해야 하며, 음악의 저작권 및 이용 권한에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
2-6. 생성 영상
FixSea는 사진, 자막, 음성 및 배경음악을 조합하여 이용자의 기기 내부에서 MP4 영상을 생성합니다.
생성된 영상은 이용자의 선택에 따라 기기 갤러리 또는 지정된 저장 위치에 저장될 수 있습니다.
운영자는 생성된 영상을 자체 서버에 업로드하거나 보관하지 않습니다.
2-7. 임시 작업 파일
영상 생성 과정에서 다음과 같은 임시 파일이 기기 내부에 생성될 수 있습니다.
- 임시 음성 파일
- 임시 영상 파일
- 자막 처리 파일
- 영상 변환에 필요한 중간 파일
FixSea는 영상 생성이 완료되거나 임시 파일이 더 이상 필요하지 않은 경우 해당 파일을 정리할 수 있습니다.
앱이 비정상적으로 종료되거나 저장공간 오류가 발생한 경우 일부 임시 파일이 기기에 남을 수 있습니다.
2-8. 자동저장 정보
FixSea는 이용자가 작업을 중단한 뒤 다시 이어서 진행할 수 있도록 하나의 작업 상태를 기기 내부에 자동저장할 수 있습니다.
자동저장되는 정보에는 다음 내용이 포함될 수 있습니다.
- 대본
- 자막
- 선택한 사진의 위치 정보
- 사진 순서
- 사진별 표시 시간
- 사진 맞춤 방식
- 음성 사용 방식
- TTS 언어

- 외부 음성 파일 위치
- 배경음악 파일 위치
- 배경음악 음량
- 반복 여부
- 페이드 설정
- 전환 효과

- 현재 작업 단계
자동저장 정보는 기기 내부에만 보관되며 운영자의 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
사진, 음성 또는 음악 파일이 삭제되거나 다른 위치로 이동한 경우 자동저장된 작업에서 해당 파일을 불러오지 못할 수 있습니다.
3. 영상 공유
이용자는 생성된 영상을 Android 공유 기능을 통해 다른 앱으로 전달할 수 있습니다.
공유 대상에는 다음 앱 또는 서비스가 포함될 수 있습니다.
- YouTube
- 메신저
- 이메일
- 파일 저장 서비스
- 기타 Android 공유 기능을 지원하는 앱
FixSea는 이용자의 외부 서비스 계정에 직접 로그인하지 않습니다.
운영자는 이용자의 계정 아이디, 비밀번호, 인증 토큰 또는 로그인 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
이용자가 외부 앱을 선택한 이후의 영상 전송, 업로드 및 보관에는 해당 앱 또는 서비스의 개인정보처리방침과 이용약관이 적용됩니다.
4. 광고, 동의 관리 및 자동 처리 정보
FixSea에는 Google AdMob 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다.
Google 및 광고 파트너는 광고 제공, 광고 성과 측정, 부정 이용 방지, 서비스 안정성 유지 및 이용자의 동의 선택에 따른 맞춤형 또는 비맞춤형 광고 제공을 위해 다음 정보를 자동으로 처리할 수 있습니다.

FixSea에서 이용자가 선택하거나 작성한 사진, 대본, 자막, 음성 파일, 음악 파일 및 생성 영상은 AdMob 광고 요청에 포함되지 않습니다.
FixSea는 유럽경제지역(EEA), 영국, 스위스 및 기타 관련 법령이 적용되는 지역에서 Google 사용자 메시지 플랫폼(User Messaging Platform, UMP)을 이용하여 광고 및 개인정보 처리에 대한 동의 또는 선택 화면을 제공할 수 있습니다.
동의 화면의 표시 여부와 제공되는 선택 항목은 이용자의 지역, 기기 설정, 기존 동의 상태 및 관련 법령에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
이용자는 동의 화면에서 맞춤형 광고, 비맞춤형 광고 및 관련 개인정보 처리에 관한 선택을 할 수 있습니다.
개인정보 선택을 다시 변경할 수 있는 경우 앱 설정의 ‘개인정보 선택 관리’ 또는 ‘Privacy choices’ 메뉴를 이용할 수 있습니다.
해당 메뉴는 Google이 개인정보 선택 항목을 다시 제공해야 한다고 판단하는 이용자에게만 표시될 수 있습니다.
동의가 필요한 지역에서는 필요한 동의 처리가 완료되기 전에 광고 요청이 제한될 수 있습니다.

운영자는 이용자의 사진, 대본, 자막, 음성, 음악 또는 생성 영상을 판매하지 않습니다.
운영자는 해당 자료를 이용하여 이용자의 성향을 분석하거나 별도의 광고 자료를 생성하지 않습니다.
6. 이용 권한
FixSea는 이용자가 특정 기능을 사용할 때 필요한 범위에서 다음 권한 또는 시스템 접근을 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 사진 접근
- 음악 및 오디오 파일 접근
- 기기 파일 선택 기능
- 영상 저장을 위한 저장공간 접근
- 인터넷 접근
권한의 이름과 요청 방식은 Android 버전과 기기 제조사에 따라 다를 수 있습니다.
FixSea는 가능한 경우 Android의 사진 선택기 또는 파일 선택기를 이용하여 이용자가 직접 선택한 파일에만 접근합니다.
이용자는 권한 요청을 거부하거나 휴대폰 설정에서 언제든지 권한을 해제할 수 있습니다.
권한을 거부한 경우 해당 권한이 필요한 사진 선택, 음성 선택, 음악 선택 또는 영상 저장 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.
7. 정보의 보관과 삭제
FixSea의 작업 정보와 앱 설정은 이용자의 기기 내부에 저장됩니다.
이용자는 앱에서 새로운 작업을 시작하거나 저장된 작업을 변경하여 기존 자동저장 정보를 교체할 수 있습니다.
생성 영상은 이용자가 기기의 갤러리 또는 파일 관리 앱에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
앱을 삭제하거나 휴대폰 설정에서 FixSea의 앱 데이터를 삭제하면 다음 정보가 삭제될 수 있습니다.
- 자동저장된 작업 정보
- 앱 설정
- 임시 작업 파일
기기 갤러리 또는 외부 저장공간에 별도로 저장한 최종 영상은 앱을 삭제해도 남아 있을 수 있습니다.
해당 영상은 이용자가 직접 삭제해야 합니다.
운영자는 이용자의 작업 자료를 자체 서버에 저장하지 않으므로 운영자에게 별도의 서버 자료 삭제를 요청할 해당 정보는 존재하지 않습니다.
Google AdMob, Google 사용자 메시지 플랫폼(UMP), 기기에 설치된 TTS 엔진 및 외부 공유 서비스가 처리한 정보와 동의 기록은 해당 서비스 제공자의 보관 정책, 관련 법령 및 이용자 설정에 따라 보관 또는 삭제됩니다.
운영자는 이러한 제3자 서비스가 독립적으로 보관하는 정보나 동의 기록을 직접 열람하거나 삭제할 수 없습니다.
8. 데이터 보안
운영자는 FixSea가 이용자의 영상 제작 자료를 자체 서버로 수집하지 않도록 앱을 운영합니다.
기기 내부에 저장된 자료의 보호 수준은 다음 요소의 영향을 받을 수 있습니다.
- 휴대폰 화면 잠금
- 운영체제 보안 설정
- 클라우드 또는 기기 백업 설정
- 파일 접근 권한
- 기기 분실 여부
- 악성 앱 설치 여부
이용자는 휴대폰 화면 잠금, 운영체제 업데이트 및 안전한 파일 관리 기능을 사용하는 것이 좋습니다.
9. 아동의 이용
FixSea는 아동을 주요 대상으로 제작된 앱이 아닙니다.
운영자는 FixSea를 통해 이용자의 이름, 나이, 생년월일 또는 법정대리인 정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
이용자가 영상에 아동의 사진이나 음성을 사용하는 경우 해당 자료를 사용할 적법한 권한을 확보해야 합니다.
10. 해외 서비스 이용 및 국외 처리
FixSea는 Google AdMob과 기기에 설치된 외부 TTS 서비스 등 해외 사업자가 제공하는 서비스를 사용할 수 있습니다.
이 과정에서 광고 식별자, 기기 정보, 광고 이용 정보 등이 이용자의 국가 외 지역에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
광고 동의와 개인정보 선택을 처리하는 과정에서 이용자의 동의 상태, 광고 관련 식별자 및 기기 정보가 Google 또는 Google이 지정한 광고 파트너에 의해 해외에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
이러한 처리는 광고 제공, 법적 동의 확인, 광고 성과 측정, 부정 이용 방지 및 개인정보 선택 적용을 위해 이루어질 수 있습니다.
해당 정보는 각 서비스 제공자의 개인정보처리방침과 관련 법령에 따라 처리됩니다.
이용자의 사진, 대본, 자막, 음성 파일, 음악 파일 및 생성 영상은 운영자의 해외 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
11. 외부 링크와 서비스
FixSea에는 개인정보처리방침, 이용 안내, 문의 페이지 또는 외부 앱으로 이동하는 링크가 포함될 수 있습니다.
이용자가 FixSea 외부의 웹사이트나 앱으로 이동한 이후에는 해당 서비스의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
운영자는 외부 서비스가 독립적으로 처리하는 정보에 대해 해당 서비스의 정책 범위를 벗어난 통제를 할 수 없습니다.
12. 개인정보처리방침의 변경
본 개인정보처리방침은 다음 사유로 변경될 수 있습니다.
- 앱 기능 변경
- 권한 변경
- 광고 서비스 변경
- 제3자 SDK 변경
- 관련 법령 변경

LGS Co., Ltd. (“Operator,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values the privacy of FixSea users and the photos, audio, music, scripts, subtitles, and video materials selected or created by users.
FixSea is an application that allows users to create videos using photos and scripts without creating an account or signing in.
This Privacy Policy explains what information and files FixSea may access, how such information is processed, and for what purposes it is used.
1. FixSea Data Processing Principles
FixSea does not transmit or store on the Operator’s own servers the photos selected by users, scripts or subtitles entered by users, audio files, music files, or videos generated by users.
Materials required for video creation are generally processed locally on the user’s device.
The Operator does not operate a separate user account system, login system, or cloud storage server for FixSea.
However, when third-party services such as Google AdMob, a TTS engine installed on the user’s device, or an external sharing application are used, certain information may be processed in accordance with the policies of those third-party service providers.
2. Materials Processed by FixSea
2.1 Photos
When a user uses the photo selection feature, FixSea accesses only the photos directly selected by the user.
Selected photos may be used to provide the following functions:
- Reordering photos
- Setting the display duration of each photo
- Selecting fill-screen or fit-screen display
- Creating video scenes containing subtitles
- Previewing videos
- Generating final videos
FixSea does not arbitrarily access photos that the user has not selected.
Selected photos are generally processed only on the user’s device and are not transmitted to the Operator’s servers.
2.2 Scripts and Subtitles
Scripts entered directly by the user may be divided into sentences and used to create video subtitles or TTS audio.
The following information may be processed or automatically saved on the user’s device:
- Entered scripts
- Subtitles for each sentence
- Subtitle order
- Subtitle display timing
- Subtitle color and display settings
- Display duration of each photo
The Operator does not collect or analyze user-entered scripts or subtitles on its own servers.
2.3 TTS Audio
FixSea may use a TTS function installed on the user’s mobile device to convert entered scripts into speech.
Available languages, voice types, pronunciation, and processing methods may vary depending on the user’s device and the installed TTS engine.
The Operator does not transmit user scripts to the Operator’s own servers for TTS generation.
However, when a user selects an external TTS engine such as Google TTS, the processing methods, terms of service, and privacy policy of that TTS service provider may apply.
2.4 External Audio Files
Users may directly select supported audio files stored on their devices, including MP3 and WAV files, and use them in videos.
Selected audio files may be used to calculate video duration, arrange subtitle timing, preview videos, and generate videos.
These files are processed locally on the user’s device and are not transmitted to the Operator’s servers.
2.5 Background Music
Users may directly select music files stored on their devices and use them as background music for videos.
Selected music files may be processed to provide the following functions:
- Adding background music
- Adjusting volume
- Repeating music
- Fade-in
- Fade-out
- Processing music according to video duration
The Operator does not collect or store music files selected by users on its own servers.
Users must use only music for which they have the necessary rights or authorization. Users are responsible for copyright compliance and the legal use of music.
2.6 Generated Videos
FixSea combines photos, subtitles, audio, and background music to generate MP4 videos locally on the user’s device.
Generated videos may be saved to the device gallery or another designated storage location according to the user’s selection.
The Operator does not upload or store generated videos on its own servers.
2.7 Temporary Work Files
The following temporary files may be created on the user’s device during the video generation process:
- Temporary audio files
- Temporary video files
- Subtitle processing files
- Intermediate files required for video conversion
FixSea may remove these files after video generation is completed or when they are no longer required.
If the application closes unexpectedly or a storage error occurs, some temporary files may remain on the device.
2.8 Auto-Saved Information
FixSea may automatically save one work state on the user’s device so the user can continue an unfinished project later.
Auto-saved information may include:
- Scripts
- Subtitles
- File location information for selected photos
- Photo order
- Display duration of each photo
- Photo fitting method
- Selected audio method
- TTS language
- TTS voice
- TTS speed
- External audio file location
- Background music file location
- Background music volume
- Repeat settings
- Fade settings
- Transition effects
- Output quality
- Current work step
Auto-saved information is stored only on the user’s device and is not transmitted to the Operator’s servers.
If a photo, audio file, or music file is deleted or moved to another location, FixSea may be unable to load that file from the auto-saved work state.
3. Video Sharing
Users may send generated videos to other applications using the Android sharing function.
Sharing destinations may include:
- YouTube
- Messaging applications
- Email applications
- File storage services
- Other applications that support Android sharing
FixSea does not directly sign in to a user’s external service account.
The Operator does not collect a user’s account ID, password, authentication token, or login information.
After a user selects an external application, the transmission, upload, and storage of the video are governed by the privacy policy and terms of service of that application or service.
4. Advertising, Consent Management, and Automatically Processed Information
FixSea may display advertisements provided through Google AdMob.
Google and its advertising partners may automatically process the following information for advertising delivery, advertising performance measurement, fraud prevention, service stability, and the delivery of personalized or non-personalized advertisements according to the user’s consent choices:
- Advertising identifiers
- Device and operating system information
- App usage and interaction information
- Advertisement view and click information
- Approximate location information
- Network information
- Diagnostic and performance information
Advertising-related information is processed according to the privacy policies of Google and its advertising partners and applicable laws.
Photos, scripts, subtitles, audio files, music files, and generated videos selected or created by users in FixSea are not included in AdMob advertising requests.
In the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other regions where applicable laws require consent, FixSea may use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to provide a consent or privacy choices message regarding advertising and personal data processing.
Whether a consent message is displayed and which options are available may depend on the user’s region, device settings, previous consent status, and applicable law.
Users may be able to choose between personalized advertising, non-personalized advertising, and related personal data processing options.
Where available, users may review or change their privacy choices through the “Privacy choices” menu in the application settings.
The Privacy choices menu may be displayed only when Google determines that privacy options must be made available again to the user.
In regions where consent is required, advertising requests may be restricted until the required consent process has been completed.

5. Purposes of Processing
FixSea accesses or processes materials only for the following purposes:
- Creating video scenes using photos
- Entering and dividing scripts into sentences
- Generating and displaying subtitles
- Generating TTS audio
- Applying external audio files
- Applying background music
- Calculating video duration and subtitle timing
- Previewing videos
- Generating MP4 videos
- Saving videos to the device gallery
- Sharing videos with external applications
- Automatically saving work states
- Saving application settings
- Identifying errors and maintaining application stability
- Providing advertisements and measuring advertising performance
- Preventing advertising fraud
- Managing advertising and privacy consent choices
The Operator does not sell users’ photos, scripts, subtitles, audio files, music files, or generated videos.
The Operator does not use such materials to analyze user preferences or create separate advertising profiles.
6. Permissions
FixSea may request the following permissions or system access when required for a specific feature:
- Access to photos
- Access to music and audio files
- Access to the device file selection function
- Storage access required to save videos
- Internet access
The name and method of requesting permissions may vary depending on the Android version and device manufacturer.
Where possible, FixSea uses the Android photo picker or file picker to access only files directly selected by the user.
Users may refuse a permission request or revoke permission at any time through the device settings.
If a permission is refused, features requiring that permission, such as selecting photos, selecting audio, selecting music, or saving videos, may be limited.
7. Retention and Deletion
FixSea work information and application settings are stored locally on the user’s device.
Users may replace existing auto-saved information by starting a new project or changing the saved work.
Generated videos may be deleted directly by the user through the device gallery or file management application.
If the user uninstalls FixSea or deletes the application data through the device settings, the following information may be deleted:
- Auto-saved work information
- Application settings
- Temporary work files
Final videos separately saved to the device gallery or external storage may remain even after FixSea is uninstalled.
Users must delete such videos directly.
Because the Operator does not store user work materials on its own servers, there is no corresponding server-stored work data for the user to request the Operator to delete.
Information and consent records processed by Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform (UMP), a TTS engine installed on the user’s device, or an external sharing service are retained or deleted according to the retention policies, applicable laws, and user settings of the respective service provider.
The Operator cannot directly access or delete information or consent records independently stored by third-party service providers.
8. Data Security
The Operator operates FixSea so that user video creation materials are not collected on the Operator’s own servers.
The level of protection for data stored on the user’s device may be affected by the following factors:
- Device screen lock
- Operating system security settings
- Cloud or device backup settings
- File access permissions
- Loss of the device
- Installation of malicious applications
Users are encouraged to use a device screen lock, keep the operating system updated, and manage files securely.
9. Children
FixSea is not primarily directed to children.
The Operator does not directly collect a user’s name, age, date of birth, or legal guardian information through FixSea.
If a user includes a child’s photo or voice in a video, the user must have the lawful authority or permission required to use that material.
10. International Services and Cross-Border Processing
